At Mast Builders, we thrive on the unique challenges of restoring and renovating historic homes. It is good to know that we are already highly specialized with whole home remodeling, kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, and outdoor living.
As a leading Virginia Construction Contractor, we are also excited to promote our specialty in Historic Home Restorations and Renovations. Let’s walk you through this recent project of a home built in the built-in 1860 and is known as the Harmony Grove Chapel. It was closed in 1955 and sold, then converted into a residence.
The history of this residence goes way back, and we have a dedicated page to feature this historic restoration and renovation we completed here.
The following shows the exterior as well as one of the work diagrams. This stunning historic Ginger Bread Home is on the Rappahannock River. The center of the house was built in the late 1880s. In the early 1900’s the right wing was built which was a detached kitchen up into the 30’s when it was attached. And now we added on the left 800 Square Feet for the pantry, kitchen, and family room.
The Historic Home that went through a Whole Home Remodel is well documented along with a customer video review too.
Next is a Belle Isle Restoration and Renovation that is unique to itself. Our client had extensive water damage to their home when the AC unit in the attic pan plugged up and flooded multiple floors of the house.
Mast Builders was founded on integrity based upon Biblical principles. When you choose us, we promise to have ongoing communication throughout the construction process, making sure the job flows as seamlessly as possible.
