Here we showcase a home remodeling project that we completed in Northern Neck. Come take a tour with us. We begin with the main entrance looking into the formal dining room. There is a new Mahogony wood door, new chandelier and new floors through the house. We also installed wainscoting on the walls.
We work our way to the family room with a cozy fireplace overlooking the abundance of wildlife.
You can see all the real stone on the fireplace, along with custom shelves with under shelve lighting. The floating shelve is reclaimed wood from an old barn beam.
One cannot overlook the Kitchen Remodel aspect of the project. It is spacious, with a huge island and bar seating, and a cook stove that came from France. There is floating shelving over the windows and chandelier island pendant lights over the island. It continues with custom cabinets, custom designed backsplash with ceramic tile and under cabinet lighting. We finished it off with maple accent pieces that are stained around the island.
Here is a secret door leading into the home office.
We built this bar area in the home office. It is not in a pool room as the sign would indicate. Another unique feature is this outdoor mural in the home office, replicating the landscape as you drive into the property.
The bedroom has new ceilings, new floors and new lighting.
We now moved to the Master Bath as part of the bathroom remodeling portion of the project. Ceramic tile, sloped floor to the linear grate. This is the first time we created a wet room, and love the appeal.

One can imagine the homeowners enjoying so much time in the kitchen using their new La Cornue Induction cook stove with gas cooktop.
